Here's what I see, Grace. You are not a person who lacks clarity, creativity, or capability. You are a former TV news producer who can spot a story angle before anyone else calls the meeting, pitch a CEO's narrative with precision, and perform under deadline pressure that would fold most people. None of that is the problem. The problem is that you've been trying to run Good News Grace the way you ran a newsroom — on instinct, urgency, and adrenaline — and that engine burns out without the infrastructure underneath it. Right now, every pillar of your business is being held together by your brain, your willpower, and the sheer force of your personality. That works until it doesn't, and you already told me it isn't working: the Olympic runner client, the Bex fizzle, the doom-scrolling at midnight because there's no shutdown ritual, the 40-to-50-hour fire department weeks leaving your business at a standstill. You're not behind because you're bad at this. You're behind because you've been building the frosting before the cake, exactly like your business coach called out, and now you've got 90 days to change that. The gap between where you are and your dream week — mom weeks at ease, non-mom weeks as the hot boss lady doing deep client work and traveling — is not a motivation gap. It's a design gap. You know exactly what you want. We just need to build the load-bearing infrastructure that makes it possible to have it. That's fixable. Heroics don't compound. Infrastructure does.
